Global Commission Report – A Spark for Educational Innovation in Canada

The CIHLC posits that in the 21st century, health systems have become so complex that they cannot be managed effectively by a few traditional leaders. Therefore, we are developing (for international dissemination) an evidence-based educational program that aims at fostering collaborative leadership. Targeted to healthcare leaders, practitioners and students, the program is defining the competencies required for transformative leaders to catalyze systems change and tackle complex health challenges.
