The final session of the 2014-15 Integrated Collaborative Change Leadership (CCL) Program took place on January 30th and 31st in Toronto, Canada.  Thirty leaders from across the country who work in interprofessional healthcare and health education settings are now poised to lead health system transformation and enable socially accountable change in their communities. We were delighted to welcome and host the organizational sponsors who attended this last session as they joined in the conversation about the impact and sustainability of capstone initiatives in their own organizations, as well as how this way of leading change can be spread and scaled to the ‘tipping point.’ Over the next few months, we will continue to involve our CCL graduates, organizational sponsors, and community-engaged members in the evaluation of this Integrated CCL Program.
